invited to attend a very special reunion. The 52d Combat Aviation Battalion and
Camp Holloway Association is holding a reunion to celebrate the 40th
Anniversary of the last of the Battalion units folding their colors and leaving
Vietnam and 50 years since our first companies entered Vietnam;
The Reunion
will be held in St Louis, Missouri at the
Embassy Suites St. Louis - Airport Hotel
from 4 to 7
October 2012. The hotel is
located at 11237 Lone
Eagle Drive Bridgeton, Missouri, USA 63044.
The hotel is
giving us a very special rate King Suites are $89.00 per night for the King
Suite and $99.00 per night for the Double Suite. These rates are plus taxes of
course and include the made to order Breakfast Buffet and the Evening Manager’s
Reception. This is a very nice package and a very good deal. To make your

Scroll down to: Under Quick and Easy
Reservations for Attendees and select the room type you desire. On the
right side are the check in dates 4-7 October. Click on

If you are a member of the
Hilton Honor program you can log in. Fill in the
Guests per Room:
Fill in the number of persons occupying the room. Then down below that
make your room selection. 52nd CAB & CP Holloway Association is already in the
group number block. Click on
Continue and
that will take you to Select Your Room and Rate. Check to insure
that is the room type you desire and click on
Continue
That will take you to "Your Pending Reservation Details" Scroll down
to Guest Information and enter the required information. This page will
show you the total cost of the room including taxes. If you have any
special needs make sure that you indicate them in Comments block.
Please Note: If you plan to arrive before
the 4th or stay after the 7th you will have to call the hotel direct
314-739-8929 and ask for Jamie Sommer in sales to
make arrangements for extra days if you want to come early or stay late.
Next you must
register with me that you are coming so I know to expect you. The cost of
Registration is $65.00 which includes a reunion memento. This registration fee
is for all former members, wives and children of deceased members, plus veterans
from other Vietnam era units who would like to attend with one guest each. This
registration allows us to host our hospitality suite which is open for 72 hours
and is kept well stocked with food, drink, and other goodies so that you may
enjoy yourselves and meet and reminisce with others who have eaten the red dust
of the central highlands.
There will be
side visits to the local casinos, and maybe a tour or to, information of which
will be available when you arrive. We are also asking that you send a photo of
you as you were in Vietnam, for the Remembrance Wall of Fame.
On Saturday
evening there will be a dinner, with guest speaker and dancing the cost of which
is $36.00 per person.
